Paul is a 1985 graduate of Mid-America Nazarene University where he received his degree in History. He graduated with a JD from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1989. For 14 years he practiced law in the Dayton, Ohio area. In 1998, Paul sensed God’s call to ministry. In 2003, he left his law practice and entered the ministry fulltime as an associate pastor at Tri-County Church of the Nazarene. He has been Senior Pastor of GracePointe since July of 2005. He believes that church is a place where life is shared. He is a passionate follower of Jesus Christ, and his desire is that GracePointe will continue to be a place where individuals and families can join him on the journey of discipleship. His great hope is that everyone who experiences GracePointe will be loved and encouraged. Pastor Mills’ family is his main enjoyment. He and his wife, Terri were married in 1992. Terri is a CPA, who specializes in helping not for profit corporations with their specialized financial needs. They have 3 sons, Wyatt, Dylan and Spencer.
David O’Toole, Youth and Worship Pastor

David has been Youth Pastor at Trenton Nazarene since February of 2006. He is a follower of Jesus. He believes that teens are able to enter into a real, authentic relationship with Jesus Christ and is striving to create environments where they are able to do that. He is married to Celeste. The have a beautiful little girl named Jaclyn, and a son, David. They have been married since 2003.
Jon Young, Associate Pastor

Jon has been on staff at Trenton Nazarene since July 2010. Jon has a heart for evangelism and believes strongly in reaching out to people from all walks of life. His desire is that those who come to Trenton Nazarene experience the life-changing love of Christ. Jon and his wife Cheryl have been married since 1985. They have 2 sons, Joshua and Jordan and on occasion he does some Alligator wrangling.
Doug Dunlap, Associate Pastor

Doug has been the Pastor of Small Groups since February of 2011. He is also the Director of Operations of Whiz Kids Tutoring & Mentoring of City Gospel Mission. He is actively involved in leading the Mission’s Exodus Men’s Recovery/Support ministry as well. Doug and his wife Jodie have two sons, Nick and Nathan, and live in Liberty Township, Ohio.
